At the Dragon and Butterfly Tattoo Studio we have the knowledge and take the time and care to get your piercing or tattoo right, and exactly in the position that you want it.  Your skin is marked and the positioning shown to you with a mirror before the piercing is done.With tattoos we  put a removable outline (stencil) on the skin and show it to you, if it is not exactly the size and placing you want we will redo it until it is how you want it before we start tattooing.  We take our time to do a tattoo that will last. If a tattoo is done too quickly less ink gets into the skin and the tattoo will look good at first but will start to fade noticeably after only a few months. It’s like putting you printer on Fast Draft as opposed to Best, one comes out fast but faded and the other slowly but bright and vibrant. The only difference is that a tattoo will always look bright at first because there is ink  in the top dead layer of skin (epidermis) that disappears as new skin grows and the epidermis grows and flakes off.
